Is IELTS Assistant free?

Yes. The app is free to download on Android and iOS and the core practice for Reading, Listening, Writing, Speaking, Vocabulary and Lessons is free to use. A Premium plan and pay-as-you-go feedback credits unlock instant scoring and deeper review.

Does it prepare me for Academic or General Training?

Reading and Writing material focuses on the Academic module. Listening and Speaking practice matches the standard IELTS paper used by both Academic and General Training candidates. Vocabulary and Grammar apply to both.

How does Listening practice work?

You open a full Listening test, play the recording in the app, and answer as you listen — including form and table completion. Answers mark when you finish, just like the other practice modules.

How does writing and speaking feedback work?

You submit your essay or voice recording in the app and receive an estimated overall band with feedback mapped to the official IELTS assessment criteria. Premium and feedback credits add instant scoring and a more detailed review.

What does Premium cost?
